Coordinate with internal team and customers

Our Call Center will coordinate with the Operations team to find candidates for nurses or therapists that match the criteria and needs of patients. After that the patient's family can conduct an interview with the candidate we submitted.

Our Customer Service will contact you to arrange a schedule for the arrival of the nurse or therapist who has been selected in the previous interview process.
